The first homes at Orchid Springs Village were completed in the early 1970s in the Spanish-revival style that was popular in Florida at the time. The buildings still have their white stucco, red tile roofs and covered walkways facing the gardens.
Homes range from one-bedroom condominiums to three-bedroom residences of more than 1,800 square feet. Many have private balconies overlooking the courtyards.
The village is made up of separate condominium associations, including Seville, Barcelona and San Miguel. Each has its own board, budget and rules, and all of them share the same grounds and facilities.
