Two-story stucco buildings, red-tile roofs and arched stairwells set among palms and century oaks — just south of downtown Winter Haven.

The first homes at Orchid Springs Village were completed in the early 1970s, when Spanish-revival architecture was the look of a Florida getaway. Five decades on, the village keeps its classic character — crisp white stucco, terracotta-red trim and shady, garden-facing walkways.
Homes range from cozy one-bedroom condos to spacious three-bedroom residences of more than 1,800 square feet, many with private balconies overlooking the courtyards.
Orchid Springs Village is made up of neighborhood condominium associations — such as Seville, Barcelona and San Miguel — each with its own board, budget and rules, all sharing the same grounds and community spirit.
Each association elects a volunteer board that adopts the budget, maintains the buildings and sets the rules for its residents.
Budgets, rules, minutes and forms for every association are kept in the Resident Portal for owners and residents.
Most associations require approval before a sale or lease closes. Contact the office early so there are no surprises.
